fast-paced community-based clinic looking to add a compassionate OT, who loves turning everyday moments into milestones!

What You’ll Do: - Evaluate and treat amazing children with a variety of needs
- Lead engaging individual and group sessions (feeding, social skills, handwriting, preschool, motor and life skills groups)
- Team up with families and professionals to support each child’s journey.
- Plan and develop home programs.
- Track progress and celebrate every win—big or small.
What You Bring: - WA OT license
- CPR certification
- A playful spirit and a heart full of compassion.
- Knowledge of child development and the progression of functional skills.
- Awareness of neurodiversity-affirming clinical practices and motivation to support clients and families using this framework.
- Flexibility as an adaptable team player with a strong desire to learn.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, sound communication skills, willingness to collaborate and contribute to the team.
- Experience in an outpatient setting with sensory integration, feeding therapy, or handwriting programs while not necessary will greatly benefit you in this role
