Position Overview As a Parts Manager at our dealership, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory, ordering, and distribution of parts for trucks and other vehicles. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing inventory levels and ordering parts as needed
• Coordinating with the service department to fulfill repair orders
• Tracking parts usage and ensuring accurate records
• Handling customer inquiries regarding parts availability and pricing
• Greet customers professionally and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
• Communicate effectively between customers, writers and technicians
• Process returns and warranty claims accurately

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in parts and/or parts management
• Valid driver's license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation
• Basic working knowledge of automotive systems and terminology
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
• Availability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends as needed
