Job Description

A24 is looking for an organized and proactive Accounts Payable Associate to join the team on a part-time basis.  This role will be primarily responsible for processing invoices, reviewing vendor statements, communicating with vendors, and assisting the Accounting Team with ad hoc projects as needed. Expectations for the role include 20-28 hours per week, flexible schedule, and remote/work-from-home option available.

Main responsibilities include:

• Invoice processing; data entry, PO Matching, and securing invoice approval
• Reviewing vendor statements and following up to resolve outstanding items
• Saving ACH and Wire Confirmations, as well as check copies
• Working closely with AP Manager & AP Associate to ensure vendors are paid timely and accurately, and assisting with various departmental projects as they arise

Qualifications

• 1-2 years relevant AP experience
• Exceptionally detail-oriented self-starter who can learn quickly and think critically 
• Strong understanding of purchases to payables workflow and process
• Have experience with ERP systems including GL and payables modules
• Strong Excel, communication and organization skills
• Humble, diligent, resourceful & proactive

Our target hourly range for this position is between $20 and $23. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting hourly rate within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training.
