PACT Team Clinical Coordinator – Licensed Clinician

Our client is a longstanding behavioral health organization that has been serving Lynchburg and the surrounding areas for over 50 years. The Position : We’re actively looking for a Licensed Clinician with supervisory experience to coordinate our Client’s PACT Team, a program of multi-disciplinary clinicians providing treatment, rehabilitation and support services to adults with severe mental illness and substance abuse issues.

Candidates with the following licensure/credentials qualify for this role: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LSATP.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $57,107.00 to $91,371.00 (Depending on years of total clinical experience. Pre-licensure experience will count toward your experience.)
• Additional Pay: $2000 Annual Stipend
• 37.5 hours per week, schedule is flexible.

Responsibilities:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Ability to supervise employees and provide clinical supervision to QMHP-Es, Interns, and/or LMHP-E / LMHP-Rs.
• This work is community based, meaning you will be visiting clients in the community and in their homes, some case management is required.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices like CBT, emergency interventions, family, group and individual therapies, psychosocial education, risk assessments, sex offender treatment, substance abuse interventions, etc.
• Ability to drive with valid drivers license – may be called upon to travel to multiple clinic locations within Lynchburg, as well as transport clients and attend trainings at various agency sites.

Requirements:

• Must have completed a 60-hr Master’s Degree (with 600 completed intern hours) in relevant field.
• Licensure in the state of Virginia as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LSATP.
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No Virginia Barrier Crimes on Record.
• Valid Drivers License
