Job Description

1. Responsible for feasibility studies and processes during the land acquisition phase;
2. Responsible for project cost, contract, funding estimation, and payment tasks;
3. Responsible for project design management;
4. Responsible for project construction management, including quality, safety, and control work. Manage and control the engineering quality, progress, and cost of the projects under supervision to achieve targets. Responsible for coordination with the general contractor;
5. Responsible for coordinating with relevant government departments and handling approvals and certification procedures to ensure smooth project progress;
6. Assist senior leadership in project management and comply with project requirements from senior leadership.
