Job Title:  Operator, Corporate Mail

Position Notes:

• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-4pm
• CONTRACT ONLY
• In person interview
• ONSITE ONLY

Duties:

• Responsible for keying and filing job tickets daily. Some manual hand stuffing of mail as needed.
• Receives and processes outgoing mail.
• Hand matches explanation of benefits (EOB), remittances, checks, billings, letters, and related inserts in accordance with mail timeliness requirements for each contract.
• Maintains production data to ensure timely processing of mail.
• **Mail procedures require the adherence to the USPS regulations governing mail and adherence to federal privacy regulations.**
• 70% Receives, sorts, and processes outgoing or incoming mail. Manually matches EOBs, remittances, billings, letters, and other requested inserts. Maintains required contractual timeliness standards.
• 20% Utilizes the InfoPrint Workflow (IPW) and File Based Insertion (FBI) systems to document job acceptance, processed, completed, and search for pull requests and pending information related to all jobs.
• 10% Complete and maintain job and document level record keeping related to line of business by use of IPW and FBI reporting.

• 2 years related experience working in a business or government agency
• Coordinates delivery and receiving

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is  $12.35/hour - $15.00/hour . Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met).
