What You'll Do:

Develop Personalized Learning Plans: Design and implement tailored Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that support each student's unique learning needs.
Deliver Engaging Virtual Instruction: Provide instruction and assistance to students in a virtual setting, utilizing a range of online tools and resources to ensure success.
Collaborate and Support: Work closely with general education teachers, parents, and a supportive team to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Monitor Progress: Track student development and adjust strategies to ensure ongoing improvement.

What We're Looking For:

Certification: A valid Special Education certification or licensure in your state.
Experience: While experience in virtual teaching is a plus, it's not required—we'll help you learn the ropes!
Tech-Savvy & Communication Skills: Strong technology and communication skills are essential for delivering effective virtual services and collaborating with students, families, and staff.
