Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support student learning.
Deliver specialized online instruction designed for students with various disabilities, ensuring their unique needs are met.
Collaborate closely with general education teachers, families, and support staff to create a cohesive learning environment.
Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly to ensure academic success.
Maintain detailed and accurate educational records to track student development.
Participate actively in online team meetings and engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
A current teaching license in Minnesota with a Special Education endorsement.
A minimum of 3 years of K-12 special education teaching experience.
Proficient in online educational platforms and technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual setting.

Salary: $ 50,000.00 66,000.00 Per Year
