We are currently seeking a Okta CIAM Lead - Fort Worth, TX to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
We are looking for a Sr-Level Okta IAM Developer & Architect Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Okta Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to support our organization's IAM initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and architects, to identify requirements, design, develop and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support.
**This is a hybrid role. Please expect 1-2 days at the client's office in Forth Worth, TX, with some flexibility.
Role Responsibilities:
Design and develop Okta IAM solutions to support our organization's CIAM initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and architects, to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs
Implement and configure Okta features such as SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Authorization
Develop and maintain custom integrations with third-party applications using Okta APIs and SDKs
Conduct testing and validation of Okta IAM solutions to ensure they meet the required standards and requirements
Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals
Provide ongoing support for Okta IAM solutions and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to Okta IAM and CIAM
Experience working with global team
Role Requirements:
7+ years of experience in developing and implementing Okta IAM solutions for CIAM initiatives
Must have one of the following Okta certifications: Okta Certified Consultant, Okta Certified Developer , or Okta Certified Administrator to be considered
Must have experience with Okta features such as SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and/or Authorization
Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, including authentication, authorization, and user management
Must have client facing experience and/or leadership experience
Highly Preferred Skills:
Strong development skills in languages such as Java, Python, or .NET
Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, and web services
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
Okta certifications such as Okta Certified Administrator, Okta Certified Developer, or Okta Certified Consultant is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is highly preferred
