About Us: Eastside Cafe is a small, family-owned business dedicated to crafting high-quality frozen pizzas that bring the joy of a homemade meal to families around the Chicagoland area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:
  • Answer incoming calls, take customer orders, and provide information about our products and services.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
• Order Processing: Generate and write invoices for orders, maintaining records.
• Administrative Support:
  • Organize and maintain paperwork, including customer records, invoices, and other relevant documents.
  • Assist in general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and other administrative duties as needed.

Schedule:

• Part-time position, 16 hours per week.
• General scheduling is 9am - 1pm Monday through Thursday, but flexible start and end time available.

Qualifications:

• English proficient. Spanish not required, but very helpful.
