As A Nursing Manager- Home Care, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
  • Oversee the delivery of caregiver services, ensuring the highest quality of client care in accordance with laws and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate and manage a team of CNAs/GNAs to ensure client and patient goals are met
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and supervise and retain qualified CNAs/GNAs
  • Assess patient/client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Effectively manage financial resources related to the delivery of quality client care
A few must-haves for a Nursing Manager- Home Care:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN or BSN license in Maryland (MD).
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in home healthcare and experience leading CNAs.
  • At least 1years of supervisory and caregiver management experience
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Excellent management, organizational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
