What You'll Do:

Client Outreach: Prospect and engage with clients to offer residential mortgage solutions.
Lead Conversion: Convert inbound and outbound leads into mortgage applications.
Personalized Recommendations: Assess clients' financial needs and suggest the best product and rate programs.
Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly sales performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Loan Origination: Solicit, negotiate, and process residential mortgage loans from start to finish.
Client Counseling: Provide expert advice and guidance to loan applicants throughout the mortgage process.
Document Management: Collect and verify documents from applicants and other parties.
Rate and Fee Management: Establish and communicate interest rates, points, and fees associated with loans.
Application Monitoring: Keep track of loan application statuses and keep clients informed.
Coordination: Work closely with our team to ensure smooth processing and closing of loans.
Client Support: Answer questions, resolve issues, and assist with closing-related matters.
Networking: Promote our loan products and services to real estate professionals and consumers.
Reporting: Prepare and ensure the accuracy of loan reports and documentation.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: At least 3 years of experience managing and negotiating loans in a fast-paced environment.
Guideline Knowledge: Familiarity with loan processing guidelines, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of mortgage market practices, documents, and real estate terms.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is a plus.
Location: Must be based in California.
