Fun Time Train Rides, LLC, located in Zilker Park in Austin, TX is looking for miniature train ride engineers/conductors to operate The Zilker Eagle train. Join our strong team.

Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, reliable and punctual.

Some weekends are required.

Benefits

• We offer full time up to 40 hrs. weekly /part time up to 30 hrs. /week
• Paid weekly

Responsibilities

• Driving the train (Engineers)
• Conductors: gathering the tickets and communicating with the engineer on the train runs, directing customers.
• Ticket and concession sales
• Following opening routines including daily checking of the train track prior to first train ride given.
• Stocking and filling supplies daily and throughout the day.
• Daily cleaning and checking of the train
• Concessions: Ringing up train tickets and concessions and keeping supplies fully stocked throughout the day

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able tolerate the heat and the cold through your work shift
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• must be able to work at a fast to steady pace.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• open availability preferred
• Must be able to work from 9:00 am - 6:30pm for engineers /conductors/concessions
• Must be able to pass a background check
