Ciplex is currently looking for a strong, creative and motivated full-time, in-house web / interactive designer to join our group to help us scale to meet the demands of our rapid growth.  This position will work with a wide variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to the local mom and pop store, while offering competitive pay, reasonably flexible scheduling and a great health benefits plan.

Requirements for Success:

·         Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in web design.

·         Must demonstrate a proven ability to multi-task, work efficiently and manage time appropriately.

·         Must be able to properly pre-plan design sprints to best make use of allocated time.

·         Must demonstrate a strong experience with Information Architecture.

·         Knowledge of UX is a big plus.

·         The desired candidate will also have some practical experience with Print / Brand & Identity.

·         Typography experience is a big plus, as good type is the foundation to great web interfaces.

·         Ability to demonstrate great communication skills, both with the team and with clients.

·         Ability to work independently to complete a project from beginning to end.
