We're seeking a dynamic Material Manager to join our team! In this hybrid role, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of materials across our electrical projects.

What You'll Do:

Master the Supply Chain: Develop and implement strategies to streamline procurement, storage, and distribution processes.
Inventory Wizard: Leverage technology to track and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
Project Collaborator: Work closely with project managers and engineers to forecast material needs and ensure timely delivery.
Relationship Builder: Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure reliable supply.
Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze data to identify trends, optimize processes, and reduce costs.
Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
What You'll Need:

5+ years of experience in material management, procurement, or supply chain within the electrical industry.
Strong understanding of electrical materials, components, and equipment.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make informed decisions.
A passion for efficiency and a commitment to delivering results.
Bonus Points:

Experience with construction project management and safety standards.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
