What You'll Do:

Market Research & Analysis

Conduct research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market dynamics.
Analyze data to uncover trends, audience segments, and purchasing behaviors.
Develop actionable insights to guide strategy and inform decision-making.

Strategy Development

Design and manage multi-channel marketing strategies, covering digital, social media, content, email, and event marketing.
Create brand messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans that support business objectives.
Collaborate with key teams to ensure seamless messaging and an engaging customer experience.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

Track and analyze campaign performance to evaluate success and ROI.
Use A/B testing, data analysis, and customer feedback to refine and improve campaigns.
Prepare reports and presentations to share insights and results with stakeholders.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure a unified marketing approach.
Coordinate with external partners, such as agencies and influencers, to expand campaign reach.
Keep all stakeholders informed on marketing initiatives, performance, and insights.

What You'll Bring:

Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to guide data-driven decisions.
