Job Description: Marketing Consulting Associate

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Marketing Consulting Associate to join our team. In this role you will lead client engagements and deliver datadriven marketing strategies that drive business growth enhance customer engagement and optimize performance. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop comprehensive marketing plans conduct indepth analysis and provide actionable recommendations to clients. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy and Planning:
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with clients business objectives and target audiences.
  • Conduct detailed assessments of clients current marketing efforts to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Develop integrated marketing plans that leverage multiple channels including digital social media email and content marketing.
DataDriven Insights and Analytics:
  • Analyze marketing data including campaign performance metrics customer behavior and market trends to inform decisionmaking.
  • Use data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) to present insights and track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing ROI optimize spending and enhance overall performance.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to understand market dynamics consumer preferences and competitive landscapes.
  • Benchmark clients marketing strategies against industry best practices and identify key areas for differentiation.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends technologies and tools in marketing to provide cuttingedge solutions.
Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement:
  • Evaluate clients digital marketing efforts including SEO SEM social media and email campaigns and recommend optimizations.
  • Design strategies to improve customer engagement enhance the customer journey and drive conversions across digital touchpoints.
  • Leverage data analytics to create personalized marketing experiences and improve customer retention.
Campaign Development and Execution:
  • Lead the design and implementation of marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with client objectives and target audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for realtime adjustments to maximize impact.
  • Guide clients on audience segmentation channel selection and messaging strategies for effective campaign execution.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with their goals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations reports and dashboards that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Manage project timelines deliverables and budgets ensuring successful completion of client engagements.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including creative data and technology experts to deliver comprehensive marketing solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members providing guidance and ensuring the quality of their work.
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools methodologies and best practices for marketing consulting.
Qualifications: Educational Background:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) or certifications (e.g. Google Analytics HubSpot Salesforce) is a plus.
Professional Experience:
  • 3 5 years of experience in marketing strategy analytics or consulting.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing initiatives and driving measurable results.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g. Google Ads HubSpot Salesforce).
Skills and Competencies:
  • Advanced analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Tableau Power BI).
  • Indepth knowledge of marketing channels tools and strategies including digital and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
