Role Summary: Responsible for shipment scheduling, dispatching, planning, tracking, and tracing. Coordinate freight shipments, monitor carrier quality standards, and provide customer service.

Principal Responsibilities:

(The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.):

• Create scheduling and shipments.

• Interface with Transportation organizations.

• Determine most appropriate carriers based on company policy.

• Ascertain delivery requirements based on company policy.

• Schedule and monitor export shipments to ensure quality.

The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Maintain daily logs of all work accomplished during shift.

Erroneous decisions or failure to follow defined practices and policies results in additional costs and personnel, and serious delays in overall schedules.

Working Relationships

Frequently interact with customers, and/or functional peer managers. May interact with senior management. Interactions normally involve matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers.

Scope

Receive assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet objectives. Achieve goals in accordance with established policies.

Inventory Management for all US sites Performs other duties as assigned by manager. This is an intermediate level position. Good interpersonal, presentation, communication skills, both written and verbal are required. Good

organizational and administrative skills are required. . High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Generally, prefer 1-

3 years of experience.

Hourly Wage: $20.50
