RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer needs, and promote suitable insurance products and services.
Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving success on a daily basis.
Work collaboratively with our team to foster strong and enduring customer relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication abilities to effectively engage with clients.
Strong analytical skills to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Previous sales or insurance experience is preferred.
Possession of Property/Casualty & Life/Health Insurance License is required.
A proven track record of meeting sales goals is advantageous.
