Funeral Director and Embalmer

Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year

We are partnered up with a reputable Funeral Home that has been serving our community with compassion and professionalism for many years. They strive to provide families with meaningful and personalized services during their time of loss.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Funeral Director and Embalmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in funeral directing and embalming and must possess all necessary licenses and certifications required by the state.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct all aspects of funeral arrangements, including meeting with families to discuss and arrange funeral services according to their wishes.
* Coordinate and direct funeral services, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and professionally.
* Perform embalming and preparation of deceased individuals with care and respect.
* Manage funeral home operations effectively, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
* Provide support and guidance to grieving families throughout the funeral process.
* Collaborate with staff and external service providers to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Requirements:

* Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer.
* Minimum of 1 years of experience in funeral directing and embalming.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with grief counseling and support services.
* Knowledge of local and state funeral regulations.
