Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually with full benefits

Your Role

• Guide clients through personalized therapy sessions with empathy and expertise.
• Partner with prescribers to align therapy and medication approaches.
• Craft treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique circumstances.
• Play a vital role in continuity of care, ensuring smooth transitions when needed.
• Maintain thoughtful and thorough documentation in our health record system.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology, or related field.
• Active California state license as LCSW.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health counseling.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
