**A&P Lead** **Requirements:** + Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification + 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience (commercial preferred: B737, A320, B747) + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings + Own tools (must be in a box) + Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (including nights/weekends) + Physical ability to lift 25 lbs, work overhead, at heights, and in confined spaces **Duration:** Long-term opportunity **Perks:** + Weekly pay + overtime + benefits **Shift:** + Currently Day Shift (Mon-Fri) + Flexibility preferred (potential 2nd and 3rd shifts) **Pay:** Competitive (based on experience) **Overtime:** Available during AOG and urgent maintenance situations **Compliance:** + Must be eligible for a SIDA badge + Adherence to FAA regulations and company standards **Interview Process:** + Initial phone screen + Technical assessment or experience verification + Final interview with hiring manager **Timeline Expectations:** + Immediate need - candidates should be ready to start ASAP To speak with someone about this position, please text Drake (843) 972-1918 **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Birmingham, AL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
