We are seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor to work in a Community Based Mental Health Center in the New Chicago, Indiana area. The LCSW would work with a well-respected interdisciplinary team of Physicians, Providers and Therapists. The LCSW is responsible for providing and coordinating Behavioral Health Care for patients under the direction of the Medical Director and Behavioral Health Director. The LCSW must feel comfortable working with the underserved population in a community based clinic setting. The therapist will see patients with a wide range of mental illness issues including; depression, ADHD, substance abuse | addiction, grief counseling, and other counseling services. The Therapist will work a 4|10 schedule during the work week. The compensation package includes a base salary of $70,000 with benefits and signing bonus. (Depending Upon Experience) with a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, PTO, and CEU allowance. This location is a loan repayment eligible site through the NHSC and would provide $25,000 per year to the candidates student loans (minimum of a 2 year commitment required in exchange for $50,000 in loan repayment). $1,000 signing bonus and relocation assistance available. Requirements for the Position:
Masters in Social Work
Licensed in the State of Indiana
Current CPR Certification
LCSW Required
