**What You'll Do:**
As a Junior Commercial Real Estate Broker, you won't just be fetching coffee or filing papers. You'll be right in the thick of things, exploring the fascinating realms of sales, leasing, and property management. Picture yourself:
- Hitting the streets with our leasing agents, scouting for exciting new clients;
- Attending thrilling property showings and sales meetings;
- Diving into the nitty-gritty of real estate research, demographic analysis, and LoopNet reporting;
- Crafting and distributing marketing materials that make deals;
- Providing essential support to our property managers and property accountants;
- Tackling special projects alongside our tenant representation and site selection teams.

**Details:**
- **Job Type:** Full-time, 1099 worker
- **Compensation:** 100% Commission Based
- **License:** Driver's License (Required), Real Estate License (Preferred, or Working Towards)
- **Degree:** Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business, or any pertaining fields
- **Work Authorization:** United States (Required)
- **Duration:** 90-day Contract-to-hire
- **When:** Post-graduation
- **Work Location:** North Palm Beach, Miami, Tampa, or Orlando (MUST be located in these areas to be considered)
- If you are local to North Palm Beach, this role will be on-site. Other locations mentioned will be hybrid/remote.
