We’re looking for hands-on reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to fill multiple roles.

Forklift Operators (sit-down & stand-up), Warehouse, Packer, Inventory Control, Yard Driver, Dispatcher, Warehouse Leads and more!

• Pay Rates: $17.00 to $27.00/hour, depending on shift and position.
• All shifts available

Job Sites in: Oxnard, Goleta, Camarillo, Ventura, Carpinteria, and surrounding areas

Warehouse Associate

• Receive, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Support shipping/receiving by unloading trucks and verifying documentation.
• Maintain Inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Material Handler

• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Use pallet jacks, carts, or hand trucks to stage and deliver products.
• Verify product labels, quantities, and condition before storage or transfer.
• Organize materials for production and ensure steady workflow to avoid delays.

Forklift Operator

• Safely operate Sit-Down, Stand-Up, or Reach forklifts to move products.
• Load and unload trucks, move pallets, and organize warehouse inventory.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and report equipment issues.
• Follow OSHA and company safety policies for forklift operation

Packer

• Pack products securely and accurately according to order specifications.
• Inspect items for quality and ensure proper labeling before shipment.
• Use packaging equipment and materials to prepare goods for transport.
• Maintain speed and accuracy to meet daily production targets.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks when needed.
