Location: Fully remote within the United States
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Java Developer with expertise in Workday and API integration to join our team. You will work on integrating various systems with Workday and other SaaS platforms, supporting client in the potential adoption of Salesforce or similar technologies. This role will require wearing multiple hats, from development to integration, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position. We are looking for someone with 4 to 6 years of development experience who is eager to step into a leadership role in the near future.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Integrate SaaS Solutions : Lead the design, development, and integration of SaaS applications, particularly Workday and potentially Salesforce , ensuring seamless interaction with existing systems.
API Development & Integration : Build and integrate APIs to connect various systems, enhancing data flow and functionality across platforms.
Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams : Work closely with other developers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet the organization's needs.
Support SaaS Implementations : Contribute to the implementation of new SaaS solutions, ensuring they are properly integrated with existing business systems.
Leadership Development : Demonstrate leadership potential with the ability to grow into a lead developer role, mentoring junior developers and guiding project directions.
Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues : Address and resolve issues with SaaS applications, APIs, and system integrations to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction.

Requirements

4-6 years of development experience in IT.
Degree in Computer Science or similar.
Hands-on experience with Workday and related SaaS development platforms.
Strong API development and integration skills, with a deep understanding of RESTful and SOAP services.
Experience with Salesforce , Workday , or other enterprise SaaS platforms is a strong plus.
Strong Java programming skills.
Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wear multiple hats.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Demonstrated potential to grow into a leadership role within the team.
