Job Description: We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our wide range of insurance products. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of experienced professionals who will provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed in your role.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through various prospecting methods, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify clients' insurance requirements and provide suitable recommendations
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of different insurance products to help them make informed decisions
- Prepare and present customized insurance proposals to potential clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's CRM system
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient application and policy issuance process
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
Qualifications: - Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools
- A valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, but not required
