Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and followed up on as necessary.
Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Foster positive and lasting customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

Preferred experience in property and casualty insurance as well as Life and Health sales.
Prior experience in managing client relationships is a plus.
Genuine interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening.
Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs effectively.
