Job Description

Rise Modular, LLC (Rise) is a full volumetric modular manufacturing company serving the multi-family apartment, hospitality, student housing and affordable housing sectors.

The Insulator will complete insulating, fire blocking, fire stopping, fire caulking according to code requirement and manufacturers installation specifications.

Responsibilities  

• Install “Batt” insulation in the floor joist cavities, all exterior walls and bathroom walls. 
• install rigid foam insulation, netting, and strapping to secure installed insulation. 
• Installation of fire caulking (Hilti/3M Putty Pads and/or Fire Rated Caulking) and fire blocking (with Batt Insulation)
• Fire stopping utilizing Spray Foam
• Maintain a clean work area.  
• Perform other related duties as assigned. 

Qualifications  

• 0-1 years previous related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools. 
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment. 
• Excellent attention to detail. 
• Ability to understand and correctly calculate math and measurements.  

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, climbing, bending and kneeling. 
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
