Your Responsibilities:

1. Maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues alike.
2. Determine clients' needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
3. Conduct comprehensive research and coordinate all travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, tours, and entertainment tickets.
4. Prepare quotes, develop itineraries, and manage invoicing for clients.
5. Stay abreast of changes in the travel industry and any relevant travel restrictions.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old. Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. Reliable internet access and a computer or smart device are essential. Availability for both live and recorded webinars and meetings. Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt are essential. Ability to work independently while being open to seeking guidance when necessary.

About the Opportunity :

This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere with internet access. You'll operate as an independent contractor for one of the largest travel agencies in the U.S. Your schedule can be tailored to your needs. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. We offer Travel Agent Certification at no cost to you. Discounted E&O Insurance with Fraud Protection and Bonding are provided.
