With the COO and team leaders, establish the annual goals for the core operational areas of facilities, international operations, security, and travel, and support their respective teams to deliver on those goals. Serve as a partner to Regional Directors to support all international operations and coordinate those functions with their New York counterparts. Assist in the oversight and management of their facilities including real estate assets, leasing and space occupancy, and security. In partnership with the COO and Vice President of People & Culture, lead the organizations future workplace strategy and implementation in light of the impact of the pandemic
