HVAC Estimator & Project Manager

We specialize in commercial, institutional & industrial HVAC, Refrigeration, Controls, Electrical and Plumbing. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our HVAC estimating/project management team. Our ideal candidate would ideally have 10+ years of Commercial/Industrial HVAC estimating experience.

The responsibilities of this position would include:

Working with general contractors and other customers to provide solutions and pricing for either needs.

We would be estimating both HVAC, Refrigeration, Sheet Metal, Controls, Hydronics, etc. If you're not familiar with all listed trades but are experts in one or two, we will be able to provide supplemental training.

Candidates need to be able to read prints, perform proper take-offs, understand equipment/duct/pipe sizing, etc.

Additional responsibilities will include:

Managing submittals, attending jobsite meetings, assessing facilities with clients, issuing and tracking purchase orders, maintaining job schedules, estimating and tracking change orders and bulletins, pulling & managing permits, managing project closeouts, scheduling jobs and working with subcontractors (cranes, etc.), and more.
