Job Summary We are seeking an experienced WINWARD NA/CNA-Senior Nursing Facility to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu. In this role, you will provide quality care, respecting the dignity and rights of the elderly population while ensuring the highest degree of personal safety. You will be responsible for providing holistic care to clients while promoting their independence and maintaining high standards of care. Compensation & Benefits This is a full-time position that offers a pay rate of $18 to $20 per hour and is paid weekly. Additional benefits may include a health insurance package, matching 401K plan, and potential bonus opportunities. Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities

• Assist the elderly with personal care, including dressing, bathing, and grooming.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living as assigned.
• Monitor client’s conditions and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to clients.
• Follow individualized care plans and provide feedback to clinical teams on clients’ progress.
• Maintain client records, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Attend in-service educational programs.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with family members and/or responsible parties.

Requirements

• Valid WINWARD NA/CNA license
• Previous experience working in the senior services field, facility care, or similar
• Ability to assess conditions, develop plans of care, and communicate effectively
• Knowledge of infection control, safety, and emergency protocols
• Commitment to providing a safe, high-quality service to clients
• Ability to lift clients up to 50lbs
