Job Description

Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Healthcare Insurance Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring patients receive the coverage they need. In this position, you'll connect with insurance providers, maintain accurate patient data, and support our commitment to excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to insurance providers to verify and secure patient coverage.
Update and maintain patient records with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Utilize your computer skills for efficient data entry and management.
Adhere to guidelines set by the Federal Health Care Program to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with insurance carriers to facilitate medication coverage on behalf of patients.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare insurance is required.
Experience in a medical call center is a plus, but not mandatory.
Must have a reliable internet connection and the ability to work from home effectively.
Strong multi-tasking abilities and proficiency in using dual monitors.
A positive attitude and a willingness to assist others in a supportive team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
