Job Description

We are seeking a creative and motivated Working Student in Graphic Design to support our Marketing team in Berlin . This is a fantastic opportunity for a student who wants to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and contribute to building great products with us.

Your Role in our Beehive

• Assist in the visual design of our social media campaigns for marketing and employer branding (LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Support the design of digital marketing campaigns, including email templates and visuals for paid advertising.
• Help develop and co-create innovative concepts for campaigns, including videos, photoshoots, animations, and other visual assets.
• Assist the Marketing team with the design and layout of sales collateral and documents.
• Support the Marketing team in developing landing pages and keeping our website up to date (CMS).
• Create and manage external and internal printed materials such as flyers, roll-ups, and booth displays.

What you bring to our Beehive

• Currently enrolled in a German university at the Bachelor's or Master’s level.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiar with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Storyblok.
• Intermediate knowledge of prototyping tools like Figma.
• A hands-on mentality and a communicative, engaged team player.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in German or other European languages is a plus.
