About the Role:

As our General Manager, you'll create a positive and productive work environment for your team while ensuring your restaurant runs smoothly and profitably. You'll wear many hats, from overseeing daily operations and staff scheduling to developing a winning sales strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Your Team: Recruit, train, and coach your team to achieve their full potential. Foster a supportive and collaborative environment where everyone feels valued and empowered.
• Drive Results: Develop and implement business plans that maximize sales and profitability. Ensure we're meeting all company standards for quality and customer service.
• Be the Community Champion: Build relationships with our customers and local community.

What We're Looking For:

• Restaurant experience is a plus, but strong leadership and interpersonal skills are a must!
• A passion for building and motivating a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
