Victory Car Wash in Riverview, FL is looking for 10 full service car wash attendants to join our 24 person strong team. We are located on 12959 Us Hwy 301 S. As a Full Service Car Wash Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our car wash facility. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers, promoting membership programs, overseeing equipment functionality, and maintaining cleanliness in the facility. You will be an integral part of our team, delivering exceptional service and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement and Sales:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash needs.
• Promote and sell membership programs to customers, highlighting benefits and cost savings.
• Provide information on additional services offered, such as bug removal or our ceramic shine, and upsell when appropriate.

Operational Duties:

• Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues and escalate to management or maintenance as needed.

Facility Maintenance:

• Keep the car wash facility clean and organized at all times.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as sweeping floors, emptying trash bins, and replenishing supplies.
• Maintain a tidy and professional appearance of the waiting area and service bays.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that vehicles are properly washed according to established standards.
• Inspect vehicles for any missed spots or damage and address customer concerns promptly.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Follow proper procedures for handling chemicals and cleaning agents.

Interior Cleaning:

• Dry the exterior of the car using a clean microfiber towel to prevent water spots.
• Start by blowing and vacuuming the interior of the car, including the seats, carpets, floor mats, and trunk.
• Wipe down surfaces with a damp microfiber cloth and interior cleaner, including the dashboard, center console, door panels, and steering wheel.
• Clean the windows and mirrors using a glass cleaner and a clean microfiber towel.
• Apply tire cleaner to the tires and rims, following the product instructions, and wipe off any excess product.
• Inspect the vehicle for any missed spots or areas that require additional cleaning or touch-ups.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service or sales role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
