Job Description

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

  • We are seeking a candidate with over five years of experience in product management within the development lifecycle of systems. Familiarity with agile development methodologies is essential. You should be proficient at articulating and presenting business needs and their value in a way that is tailored, concise, and easily understandable for the intended audience. Knowledge of billing, accounts receivable, and accounting processes and terminology is necessary. Strong project management capabilities are required to successfully execute assignments in a timely manner, along with effective problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
  • In this role, I will expect you to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document their requirements to meet operational needs. You will analyze enhancement requests for business systems and determine their business value and priority for inclusion in our product roadmap. You will manage system feature enhancements throughout the agile development process, which includes planning, writing and refining business requirements, testing, and overseeing business releases. Participation in strategic programs requiring technical solutions will also be part of your duties, driven by our project management organization. Furthermore, you will lead testers during user acceptance testing, prepare and communicate testing plans, coordinate resources, and manage milestones according to the established timeline for UAT. You will help the project management team with status updates and risk assessments while representing the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle. You’ll be expected to communicate trends, opportunities, and risks clearly, as well as conduct feasibility assessments and capability gap analyses.
