Schedule: Full-time (Two shift options: Monday - Friday (7:30am - 3:30pm) - #1775 Monday - Friday (3:30pm -11:30 pm) - #1776)
We’re looking for a Flatbed Tow Operator to support an autonomous ride-hailing company. You’ll recover company vehicles from public roads, transport them safely, and help support day-to-day logistics as the company moves toward commercial operations.
Safely recover and transport company vehicles on public roads.
Operate flatbed equipment (winching, skating, snatch blocking, shimmy offload).
Tow loads between 10,001–26,000 lbs (equipment GVWR is 20,000 lbs).
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
Follow DOT regulations.
Communicate clearly with dispatch and ground support.
Maintain driving logs and hours-of-service records.
Perform basic vehicle maintenance (fuel, oil, tires, minor repairs).
Work closely with logistics and other teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Valid Class C driver’s license .
2+ years towing experience , preferably with flatbeds.
Clean driving record; must pass background check & drug test.
DOT physical/medical requirements must be met.
Able to enter/exit vehicle frequently and lift up to 35 lbs.
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
