We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to support our event planning team. In this role, you will assist in coordinating all aspects of event planning, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring each event runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and venue management.
• Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Oversee event timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Manage event budgets and assist with invoicing.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as required.
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
• Create and maintain event schedules, checklists, and documentation.
• Conduct research and assist in sourcing vendors, venues, and suppliers.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and event attendees.

• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred, but not required.
