Job Description:

As an Entry Level Project Manager at IMPACT, you’ll work closely with multiple internal teams as well as client marketing teams, to ensure that their website project stays on time, within budget and is executed successfully. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that clients are delighted with their experience working with us, internal team members have what they need to do their best work each day, and that the client feels comfortable using their website once they move on from working with IMPACT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage website project delivery from planning to execution ensuring it meets user requirements.

• Act as the liaison between the web team and other internal teams within the organization to ensure that the project moves forward as intended and stays on track. 

• Assist lead website strategist with communication to external clients.

• Assist, when needed, in implementing basic website content updates.

• Review team members’ work thoroughly.

• Document, address, and troubleshoot issues reported by users, proactively identify and manage issues and dependencies, and manage and work with technical teams to resolve user issues.

• Work with the website team to onboard a client and prioritize project initiatives, understanding scope, timelines, and constraints; manage and own a master project calendar.

• Utilize our project management tool, ClickUp, and other applications to provide project status and reporting, while adhering to documentation standards and best practices.

• Provide clear and consistent communication of project status with the internal team clients and stakeholders.

• Provide training to clients on how to use their website.

Requirements

• Entry level or 1-2 years experience working at a digital marketing agency in a similar client facing role
• HubSpot, WordPress and/or Shopify experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Project planning & task management
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Ability to manage a technology-focused project delivery from start to completion
• Working knowledge of PM and tech working platforms such as ClickUp
• Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to coordinate and influence different team members from multiple internal departments and external clients
• Ability to work with multiple teams with diverse backgrounds and business objectives
• Ability and desire to continually learn about new technologies and project management methodologies, and adapt to ever-changing business and industry needs
• Inbound marketing and other HubSpot certifications are a plus

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000
