Join Our Team as an Entry Level Events Assistant at Think Tell Junction We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting world of event planning and management, gaining hands-on experience that will help launch your career in the events industry. Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish.
Help with logistical arrangements such as venue selection, catering, and transportation.
Support event marketing efforts, including social media promotion and email campaigns.
Maintain event budgets and assist with expense tracking.
Create and distribute event-related materials, such as invitations and programs.
Provide on-site support during events, helping with setup, registration, and guest services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design software.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
