Job Description:
The Employment and Compensation Specialist I is responsible for providing the talent acquisition and compensation services to University hiring managers and departmental leaders. This position partners with hiring managers to hire talent, while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws, and University and UT system policies.
This position partners with the Employment & Compensation Manager to advise on first line compensation matters and strategies with campus colleagues. This individual will foster and maintain partnerships with hiring managers, applicants, and the UT Dallas community at-large.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Four (4) years of general HR, direct training/talent development, benefits, employment immigration, administrative experience or other relevant experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
