Job Description

Job Summary: The Detailer, and their teammates will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles that come though the department are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards. This individual will play a vital role in our wash and detail process. This is a FULL-TIME, hourly position. The candidate must be at least 18 years of age and had a driver’s license for at least 3 years. Compensation: This position pays $14 per hour and is paid semimonthly. Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Wash and clean all new and used vehicles on the lot to dealership standards
• Vacuum, shampoo, and detail interiors of vehicles
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Clean and polish exterior of vehicles
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Keep detailing and washing equipment clean and in good working condition
• Assist in general maintenance and cleaning of dealership facilities
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in detailing/washing vehicles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license for 3 years with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
