Detailed Job Description:

• Must be self-motivated and a self-starter.
  
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting L3 Level.
  
• ServiceNow experience is required.
  
• At least 2 years of experience in an information technology role or related discipline.
  
• At least 2 years of experience in a support or service role, actively interacting with customers on a regular basis.
  
• At least 2 years of experience with maintenance and repair of computer hardware.
  
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory applications.
  
• Proficiency in business software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Familiarity with IT Service Management ticketing tools such as ServiceNow is preferred.
  
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  

Requirements

Important Notes:

• The candidate needs to support three locations: Woburn, MA; Hudson, NH; and Fairport, NY.
  
• Woburn and Hudson are closed locations; the customer will pay travel expenses for Fairport. Travel to Fairport is expected 3 to 4 times a year.
