• Previous experience in a warehouse or stocking role preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively -
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Assist in maintaining the back-
• stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
• Effective communication and guest service skills
• May be subject to temperature fluctuations that come from working in and around the dairy/Deli department

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and condition all dairy & Deli product on shelves according to Foods standards and productivity guidelines
• Maintain neat and safe work area to allow guests to shop without agitation
• Maintain organized, inventoried, rotated, and dated overstock in the cooler areas
• Minimize damage and shrink through proper inventory control, rotation of the shelves and overstock, and proper product handling
• Assist with unloading and verifying merchandise upon delivery to the store
• Maintain sanitation standards on the sales floor and in the cooler areas
• Performs front-end duties as necessary to ensure “no noticeable wait” standard is upheld and maintained
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management
• Ability to bend, kneel, stand, push/pull stock carts and operate pallet jack for extended periods of time
• Help he team with cashiering if need.

4. Maintain organized, inventoried, rotated, and dated overstock in the cooler/ Deli areas.

9. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

11. Ability to work well with others.

12. Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionally and 20 lbs. constantly.

13. Ability to read and understand information and direction.

14. Knowledge of dairy/Deli food operations.

15. Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.

16. Effective communication and guest service skills.

17. May be subject to temperature fluctuations that come from working in and around the dairy/frozen department.
