Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Databricks Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Databricks Databricks SQL Python and PL/SQL and will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes identifying improvements and implementing datadriven solutions to drive our companys success. 3.Experience : 7to10Yrs 4.Required Skills : PL/SQLPythonDatabricksDatabricks SQL 5.Nice to have skills : 6.Technology : Not Applicable 7.Shift : Day 8.Roles & Responsibilities : Analyze and interpret complex data using Databricks and Databricks SQL to provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain robust data analytics frameworks using Databricks Python and PL/SQL to support business decisionmaking. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications. Lead the development of scalable and efficient data processing pipelines. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytics and reporting activities. Provide expertise in data analysis and visualization to communicate findings to nontechnical stakeholders. Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements in data analytics to recommend improvements. Facilitate training sessions for team members on data analytics tools and best practices. Manage projects effectively ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Qualifications Proven experience with Databricks Databricks SQL Python and PL/SQL is mandatory. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner. A bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field is required. Experience in data modeling and business intelligence tools is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
