Data Entry Clerk

Pay: $17/hr.

Hours: Monday Friday 7:30AM 4PM

Job Description:

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately inputting updating and maintaining data in computer systems and databases. This role demands high attention to detail accuracy and efficiency to ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Key duties include entering and updating data across various systems reviewing data for errors and correcting discrepancies and maintaining organized records. The Data Entry Clerk will also retrieve data as requested collaborate with team members and departments to ensure data accuracy and maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Additional responsibilities include generating reports and summaries based on the data as well as providing administrative support through filing scanning and other clerical tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in data entry or related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with office equipment such as photocopiers and scanners.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
