Job Description

Allstate Crane Rental is in need of a Crane/Trucking Dispatcher with DOT permit experience required.

• DOT permit experience (mandatory).
• MINIMUM 5 YEARS in trucking and dispatch functions.
• Knowledge of the permitting process for oversize loads.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to maintain files.
• Attention to details of dispatch and accounting.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week (with overtime as needed) and perform other related duties as required.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Answer multi-line telephone.
• Coordinate cranes w/ tractor trailers for hauling counterweights & materials.
• Coordinate repairs and PM services with the shop.
• Keep dispatch operations records current.
• Maintain accurate files for DOT regulations and insurance compliance.
• Assist in other activities/duties assigned as needed.
