**Company Background:**
We are a judgment collections firm dedicated to assisting creditors in recovering owed amounts through comprehensive research and strategic legal action. Our team focuses on building a robust database of court cases to support our attorneys in their efforts.
**Role and Responsibilities:**
We are seeking a Court Case Research Manager to build and oversee a team of legal research assistants. This role involves helping us develop a comprehensive court case database by identifying judgment creditors’ contact information related to civil cases. Familiarity with our processes for gathering creditor information linked to judgments is essential to ensure our attorneys have the data they need for potential cases.
**Skills and Experience Needed:**
* Proven experience in legal research, particularly in civil cases and judgment collections.
* Strong leadership skills to manage a team of research assistants.
* Familiarity with US-based court case research tools (e.g., Lexis Nexis, TLOxp, Westlaw).
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Pay:**
Compensation will be based on researched cases, with an additional success fee for cases our attorneys take on.
**Work Environment:**
Remote based. No preferred location, as long as you are intimately familiar with researching US-based court cases.
